Local Vancouver area gourmet raw vegan chef Patricia Ganswind was recently interviewed for the Flavour of the Week segment of The Early Edition on CBC Radio One. The interview aired the morning of Earth Day (April 22, 2009). Unfortunately, the CBC does not have the interview posted on their website and when I asked to post an audio clip of the interview on EatRawVegan.com, they said that they could not give me permission to do so because of “CBC’s journalistic policy”. So why am I telling you all this? Because included in the online content to accompany the on-air interview, they have posted PDF copies of Patricia Ganswind’s recipes for Dolmades with Tzatziki and Chocolate Mousse Tart. I’ve had the opportunity to try both the Dolmades with Tzatziki (at a recent event) and Chocolate Mousse Tart (at a food preparation class) prepared by Patricia Ganswind. The were both fantastic.
