Raw Vegan Food Preparation Class
Active enzymes, viable probiotics, amino acids, antioxidants and polyphenols: Kombucha, an elixir that immediately works with the body to restore balance and vitality. Learn how to brew your own flavours and create the most potent kombucha in support of better digestion, immunity, appetite and weight control, anti-aging, etc.

LOCATION: 1748 Napier St. (near Commercial Dr.), Vancouver, BC (important — please come to the lower entrance at the back of the house, past the gate)
SUBJECTS: kombucha tea, fermentation, special teas and combinations
DURATION: 1.5 hours (max. 2 hours)
This class is going to be a partly hands-on.
FEE: $30.00 (*including a Kombucha mushroom to take home for your own brewing and cultivation, PLUS a couple special tea samples to add to your first batch at home.)
