The other day when I was telling a friend about my recent move to an essentially raw vegan diet, he asked what I typically have for breakfast. Recently, I’ve either had a berry smoothie with maca, hemp seeds, and goji berries, or a raw cereal consisting of cut banana, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, pumkin seeds, cacao nibs and possibly other ingredients with home made vanilla almond milk. Additionally, I usually have one or two pieces of fruit. Below are some YouTube video with ideas for a raw vegan breakfast:
