I have been developing a raw chocolate cake recipe that was inspired by a raw challah recipe I found in a book by Gabriel Cousens. The challah turned out so light and fluffy, it occurred to me that with some appropriate modifications, I might be able to make something approaching a more traditional baked chocolate cake. I’ve done just that, but still need to refine the recipe before sharing it here on Eat Raw Vegan. For those of you not fortunate enough to be one of my recipe taste-testers for this dish, I’ve decided to share a photograph to give your eyes something to feast on – a two-layered chocolate cake with a blueberry filling (not shown) dipped in raw chocolate – enjoy!
